We made a small order to test the process and the product. The process is somewhat cumbersome especially with regards to the shipping component. it took a long time for the product to be shipped (which could have been shortened with proper coordination and communication) and then there was no way to track the shipment. The company’s responsiveness was good and the product was ultimately received. The quality seems to be good but the final test is when the bags are used for the grapes when the season commences.
